Delivery & payment
How you pay and how your order reaches you. The full rules are in our Terms of sale.
Delivery in Bulgaria
- Free to the building entrance (ground floor / kerbside) at any address in Bulgaria, by courier or carrier.
- Carrying in, up floors and assembly — on request, at a price agreed with you in advance.
- We agree the exact date and time with you by phone or email. Please ensure lorry access to the building.

Times are estimates; we confirm the exact date with your order. Every product in the shop shows the expected order, processing and delivery dates.
Delivery outside Bulgaria
On request — write to contact@dstudio-bg.com and we will send you a price and delivery time.
On delivery
Check the packaging and the visible condition of the goods in the courier's presence. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery document and write to us as soon as possible with photos.
If delivery cannot be made
- If delivery fails for reasons on your side (absence, wrong address or phone number, no access), the repeat delivery is charged at the carrier's rate, which we tell you in advance.
- Before ordering, please check that the product fits through your doors, stairs and lift — dimensions are listed for every product.
- If you do not accept delivery within 14 days of being notified that the order is ready, a storage fee of 0.5% of the price per day is due, up to a total of 10% of the price.
Payment
- Online orders — by bank card when you order, on Shopify's secure checkout. Your card details never reach us.
- Made-to-order and “price on request” products — 100% prepayment by bank transfer (to the account in the offer) or by card via a payment link. Production starts once payment is received.
- All prices are in euro and are final. Invoice on request.
