Returns & right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Here is how it works.
1. Period
14 days from the day you, or a person you designate (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If the order is delivered in parts — from receipt of the last part.
2. How to tell us
Send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing — by email to contact@dstudio-bg.com or by post to Work & Share Coworking Space, Sofia, Bulgaria. You may use the form below, but it is not required. It is enough to send it before the 14 days are up. We will confirm receipt by email.
3. Returning the goods
- Return the goods within 14 days of your notice, to the address we give you after your notice, or via transport we agree together.
- You bear the cost of the return. Furniture cannot be returned by normal post; the return cost depends on the size of the piece and the address — on request we will quote it in advance.
- Pack the goods so they are protected in transport — ideally in the original packaging.
- You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods — the way you would inspect them in a shop (for example furniture that has been assembled and used, damage, missing parts).
4. Refund
Within 14 days of receiving your notice we refund all payments received, including delivery costs, using the same means of payment unless we expressly agree otherwise — at no extra charge to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is earlier.
5. When the right of withdrawal does not apply
For goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised — for example a non-standard size, material or colour that is not one of the model's standard options. We tell you this expressly in the offer before you order. Catalogue models “made to order” in a standard configuration can be returned.
6. Defects or non-conformity
The right of withdrawal is separate from complaints. If the goods are defective or not as ordered, please make a complaint — see section 9 “Quality and complaints” of the Terms. Returning non-conforming goods is at our cost.
