Terms of sale
These Terms have two parts: rules for using the website dstudio-bg.com and general terms of sale for furniture and accessories from the D'STUDIO SELECTION online shop (dstudio-bg.com/shop). By using the website and placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.
Part I. Using the website
- A user is anyone browsing dstudio-bg.com. While using the website, the user accepts this part of the Terms.
- The website may be used freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users must respect the law and the rights of others and must not hinder the website's operation — mass automated requests, attempts to access protected areas, distributing malicious software.
- The texts, photos, design, logo and names on the website are protected. Copying, reproducing, automated downloading or using them for other purposes without written permission is not allowed.
- We take care that the information on the website is accurate and up to date, but it may contain technical errors. Photos are illustrative.
- We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the website, for the content of third-party sites it links to, or for damage from using the website other than as intended.
- How we process personal data and what the website stores in your browser is explained in our Privacy & cookies policy.

2. Scope
These Terms govern distance sales to consumers — individuals buying for personal use. If you are buying for a company, please contact us for individual terms. They do not apply to D'STUDIO's interior design services, which are covered by a separate contract. Nothing in them limits consumers' statutory rights.
3. Products
- Each product's description, dimensions and photos are in the shop. On-screen colours may differ slightly from reality; styling in the photos is not included unless the description says so.
- Natural materials — wood, veneer, stone, marble, leather, fabrics — vary naturally in pattern, tone and texture. This is a characteristic of the material. Dimensions may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
- “In stock” — ready to ship; “On order” — on its way to our warehouse; “Made to order” — produced or ordered from the maker after the order is confirmed.
- Where a product is a set, the price includes all listed pieces; where it comes in several variants, the chosen variant is recorded in the order.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in euro (EUR) and are final. Delivery to the building entrance in Bulgaria is free (section 6); carrying in, up floors and assembly are charged extra at an agreed price.
- For “price on request” products we send an individual offer with the price, delivery time and conditions.
- Online orders are paid by bank card on the secure checkout (Shopify); card details never reach us. Made-to-order products and orders based on an offer are paid 100% in advance — by bank transfer or by card via a payment link; production starts once payment is received.
- If a price contains an obvious technical error, we will contact you before fulfilment — you can confirm the correct price or cancel free of charge.
- We issue a sales document as required by law, and an invoice on request. Ownership passes to you on full payment.
5. Ordering and the contract
- Online: “Add to cart” → “Checkout” → delivery details → payment. Before ordering you see the total price and can correct mistakes. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email.
- On request: enquiry → offer by email → acceptance and payment → confirmation by email, which concludes the contract.
- The confirmation (a durable medium) contains the order details, price, delivery time and information on the right of withdrawal. The contract is concluded in Bulgarian; the English version is provided for convenience.
- If, after confirmation, a product turns out to be unavailable (for example the maker has discontinued it), we tell you immediately and refund what you paid within 14 days. We offer an alternative only with your consent.
6. Delivery, carrying, assembly
a) Transport. We deliver free of charge to the building entrance (ground floor / kerbside) at an address in Bulgaria, by courier or carrier, on a day and time agreed in advance. The buyer ensures access and a place for the lorry to stop. If delivery fails for reasons on the buyer's side — absence, wrong address or phone number, no access — the repeat delivery is paid by the buyer at the carrier's rate, which we tell you in advance. Delivery outside Bulgaria — on request.
b) Carrying in and up floors — on request, at an agreed price. We may refuse to carry items in if this is impossible or unsafe (narrow or uneven stairs, no suitable lift for heavy items, obstacles, risk to people or property). Delivery to the building entrance is then considered completed.
c) Assembly — on request, at an agreed price. The room must be finished (no ongoing renovation), clear, with power and lighting and a normal temperature. If these conditions are not met on the agreed day, the next visit is charged.
d) Access dimensions. Before ordering, please check that the product fits through your doors, stairs, lift and corridors — dimensions are listed for every product. We are not responsible if a product cannot be brought in because of the dimensions of the premises; your right of withdrawal (section 8) remains.
e) Delivery times. Estimated times are shown on every product and on Delivery & payment. If we do not deliver within the agreed time, you may give us an additional reasonable period, and if we still do not deliver, terminate the contract and get your money back within 14 days.
f) Storage. If the buyer does not accept delivery within 14 days of being notified that the order is ready for delivery, a storage fee of 0.5% of the price is due for each further day, up to a total of 10% of the price.
7. Handover and risk
Goods are handed over against a signature on the delivery document. On delivery, check the packaging and the visible condition of the goods in the courier's presence; visible damage is noted on the delivery document — photos help. The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer on handover.
8. Right of withdrawal
You may return the goods within 14 days of receiving them without giving a reason. You bear the cost of the return. Goods made to your individual specifications cannot be returned. The conditions, procedure and form are on the Returns & withdrawal page.
9. Quality and complaints
- Visible damage and missing items are noted on delivery (section 7). Please report hidden defects as soon as possible after you discover them.
- Complaints about goods not conforming to the contract are made and handled under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and the law on the sale of goods — by email (contact@dstudio-bg.com), by phone (+359 899 866 187) or in person, with a description, photos, the order number and proof of purchase.
- For a justified complaint the goods are repaired or replaced within one month; if that is not possible, the price is reduced or the contract is terminated and the money refunded.
- The following are not grounds for a complaint: the natural characteristics of materials (section 3), normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, cleaning or storage, assembly or repairs by third parties, and damage occurring after delivery.
10. Liability and force majeure
We are not liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control — natural disasters, fires, wars, epidemics, strikes, blocked ports and shipping routes, decisions of public authorities. In such a case we inform you and give a new date; if the delay is significant, you may terminate the contract and get your money back within 14 days. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it.
11. Disputes and changes
- If something is not right, please contact us first. You may also lodge a complaint with the KZP and use its conciliation committees (kzp.bg).
- Matters not covered here are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court.
- We may change these Terms by publishing a new dated version. Each order is governed by the Terms in force when it was placed.
